I understand that some appointments must be canceled due to emergencies. If you must cancel your appointment, I require that you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled time. •If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment time, the card on file will not be charged. •If you cancel less than 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service total. •If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service total. If you must cancel in less than 24 hours, I will allow you to use the 50% cancellation fee towards your next appointment. This will ONLY apply to those who reschedule the appointment on the day of cancellation. Please do not abuse this policy. If clients continue to do so, I will charge 100% of the service and will not allow booking.
